Din and Devotion

As Lord Ganesha came
With pomp and ceremony
In my house and outside
In versions so very many
I wondered why His fans
Want to turn Him deaf
With din standing for devotion
Mumbo jumbo, shit load of faff
For worship is a private
Silent matter for the devout
Between him and his maker
No place for noise, no doubt.
